Perivolia Hotel Lobby Renovation

Extents of works were limited to the external façade, structural arrangement and of course a very tight budget. A modern response to the task or redesigning the façade was adapted. The building was given a sense of identity within an area where buildings are somewhat banal and disinteresting. Creating a detailed timber lattice that continued and broke along each side of the building gives warmth and contrast to the surroundings. All but one of the apartments were renovated, retaining only walls and some other basic elements
